Job Description

As a Project Solution Advisor, be part of our intelligent organization, driving innovative solutions. Ensure we remain the trusted and leading partner in the CPG industry.

Responsibilities

• Expertly structure and organize Visualfabriq deployments with partners and customers, managing all project phases from pre-initiation to post-deployment hypercare.
• Coach, train, and guide partners and customers in global roll-outs of Visualfabriq software.
• Collaborate with Project and Domain Solution Advisors for optimized roll-out plans for FTR deployment.
• Formalize knowledge into our Knowledge Base.
• Enable Visualfabriq's partners and customers to deliver via scalable, develop-less implementations.
• Engage with partners and customers to achieve the best results.
• Collaborate closely with other advisors to create best practices within the intelligent organization.
• Coach stakeholders in setting and managing scope expectations with partners and customers.
• Lead partner conversations to provide on-the-job training in setting customer expectations.
• Willingness to travel 20% of the time.

Core Activities

• Guide Partner project team on best use of Visualfabriq app to meet customer needs.
• Handle escalation points for project-related queries across all domains.
• Serve as first point of contact for project-related tickets.
• Request and coordinate technical CDRs within projects.
• Provide prioritization input within projects as needed.
• Communicate with partners and customers for product-related questions.
• Act as the voice of the project within Visualfabriq.
• Test new features related to the project.

Are You Ready to Excel with Us?

To thrive in this role, you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of work experience in IT Project Management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Experience in software delivery and IT project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Consultancy experience.
• Experience working with global teams and global customers.
• Experience in training and guiding partners and clients.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and with attention to detail as an accountable team member.
• Experience using tools like Atlassian, Microsoft, ProdPad, and Zendesk.
• Ability to travel 20% of the time.

• Experience in deploying TPx solutions.
