Brand Finance Internship

Coty is searching for a motivated and passionate Brand Finance Intern to join our team at our headquarters in Amsterdam.

Responsibilities

As our Brand Finance Intern, you will be part of the Global Brand Finance team controlling the marketing investments.

Your main focus:

• Assist the team in the day-to-day management of their finance tasks. This will mostly include tasks related to month-end close, compliance, budget tracking, and forecast.
• Work closely with the global brand teams to oversee the performance and investments in a portfolio of brands.
• Participate in monthly/quarterly close by updating tracking files, review budget actuals to ensure compliance and accuracy, and present main variances to the team during landing meetings.
• Reporting: use Power BI reporting tool to report monthly Actuals, ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial reports.
• Adhoc requests including project-related ones.
• Financial analysis, understand drivers of variances vs budget/forecast and last year, identify gaps, and make recommendations.
• Preparation of management reports for commercial and brand teams.

• Student (Bachelor/Master), it is important you remain enrolled with your university.
• Passion for beauty and our brands, strong affinity with dynamic environment.
• Analytical, good with numbers, and strong Excel skills.
• Does not shy away from responsibilities and is happy to provide added value.
• Proactive and hands-on.
• Flexible and loves challenges.
• Good administrative and communication skills and likes to work in a team.
• Fluent in English.
