We are currently recruiting a Functional Consultant Dynamics 365 CE who wants to join our dynamic international Corporate ICT team!

About the role

The Functional Consultant ensures continuity in and optimal functioning of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE. This includes Sales, Project Operations, Customer Service, and Marketing to continue to meet the wishes and requirements of the business and the agreed performance characteristics. Together with a team of consultants, you deliver high-quality business & functional consultancy around the Dynamics 365 platform. You support our colleagues in multiple countries in adopting a new way of working, using Dynamics 365 with a focus on Sales and Project Operations.

What are you going to do in this position?

• You play a key role in the design and quality of Dynamics 365 and its related apps;
• You translate the needs of the business into practical solutions and coordinate these with suppliers;
• You play a key role in the functional implementation of new releases and changes, including impact analysis;
• You provide guidance and training to key-users and end users on Dynamics 365 CE;
• You create digital documentation and instructional videos;
• You stay ahead of trends in processes, software, and technology, continually optimizing applications and processes.

Do you have what it takes?

Do you have strong communication and analytical skills, along with a keen sense of organizational awareness? These qualities will undoubtedly contribute to your success in this role.

Further, we are looking for candidates with the following background:

• Bachelor level in a relevant area;
• Proven multi-year experience as a Functional Consultant CE or a similar role within an international ERP environment, preferably with Microsoft technology;
• Knowledge of and experience with key business processes;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English;
• Willing and able to travel internationally on occasion;
• Experience with change management is an advantage;
• Based in the Netherlands and allowed to work here;
