How this internship looks like?

We are organized in the Netherlands as an HR team of three plants: Duyvis, Lay’s, and Quaker. As an HR Operations Intern, you will be working in the HR department of Duyvis in Zaandam. Your role will be day-to-day support for our employees with their HR queries (sick leaves, holidays, retirements) and many more! What you will learn as a HR Operations Intern:

• Supporting activities within the HR department including personnel and salary administration
• First point of contact for the employees within the plant
• Organize internal activities related to Rewards & Recognition, Vitality, and Happiness at Work
• Support the recruitment process
• Gain insight into the absenteeism process and reintegration
• Participate in various HR-related projects

Job essentials:

• HBO/WO students with an affinity towards HR, Business Administration, International Business, Psychology or Management
• Fluent in Dutch, English is a plus
• Someone proactive with good communication skills
• Open for a team work but also able to take initiative
• A person with hands-on mentality
