Welcome to an exciting journey with Tribe External Reporting at Rabobank! As a member of the Wholesale & Rural (W&R) Treasury Area, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of global statistical, prudential, financial, sustainability, and transparency reporting. You and your job
Within Tribe External Reporting, our squads work on accurately reporting the bank’s actions to external parties such as governments and regulators. These reports are required to do business as a bank. Everything we do, from portfolio transactions to risk, must be accurately reported to the regulators. You will work in a dynamic, innovative, and complex data landscape where interacting with cross-domain stakeholders and consumers is the key to success. Our Data Ingestion teams are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer with a passion for Data and an interest in modeling. Within Squad WR Integration support, we provide data to our regulator based on our entire WR portfolio. This needs to be delivered in a new structural manner, onboarding the data, applying our business logic, and mapping it to the right format (Abacus360). In 2025, we plan to do the entire FINREP report through our system, and for this, we need to model more data (modeler) and automate as many things around our solution as possible (DevOps).
There are dozens and dozens of attributes for a single loan; our job is to map these according to specifications to expand our dataset and generate more regulatory reports for our regulator. There is a lot more to it, but our work ensures transparency in the financial sector and enables the bank to operate as it would lose its banking license if these reports are delivered inaccurately or too late.
