Our recruitment team consists of 35+ colleagues split in four main domains (Technology, Strategy & Analytics, Supply Chain & Operations and Business). As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you’ll have a key role in our rapidly-growing company, you’ll help build the best milkman on earth by hiring the best talents out there. You’re ready to become a Picnic ambassador and ensure a smooth recruitment process for each candidate.

🎯 What you’ll do

• Find and hire exceptional talent together with your fellow recruiters and sourcers
• Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, from CV screening to final negotiation, and give ultra-sharp assessments of skills and a candidate’s potential fit for Picnic
• Build a robust pipeline of top candidates for immediate or future onboarding
• Develop innovative strategies to find new talent

⭐ About you

• Bachelor’s degree
• 0-4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced international environment
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Stellar writing, speaking, and listening skills in English and Dutch or German
• A passion for people, recruitment, and creating a great candidate experience
• A creative and innovative approach to talent acquisition
