Key Responsibilities:

  • S&OP process support and optimization: own the S&OP process on behalf of the OF, lead the weekly meetings, document and share meeting minutes, and coordinate stakeholder follow-up actions. Validate mid-term WHS shipment plan and availability coverage, perform shipping target simulations or other ad hoc analyses to support outbound planning and present them to the stakeholders. Assist in quarter-end shipping control activities, coordinate additional actions with the OBM team (e.g. financial closure VAS code management, migrations, cleanses).
  • Independently manage the outbound peaks by providing timely insights, shipping control, conducting ad hoc analyses, and coordinating cross-functional actions.
  • Ownership of the SCM weekly deck. Derive business insights from the reporting, provide key highlights and recommended actions based on the information in the deck, ensure everything is on time, and distribute the deck to the stakeholders.
  • Develop ad hoc reports according to requests and business needs, interpret and analyze data, derive trends and key takeaways, and present business insights in a clear format to stakeholders.
  • Conduct analysis of operational issues (e.g., DC backlog), align with stakeholders, recommend and execute agreed improvement actions in a timely manner, and keep stakeholders updated on the progress.
  • Execute analysis and optimization of an organization’s business processes to improve overall organization performance.
  • Proactively initiate and get involved in order book management solutions, evaluate existing operational processes to adapt the necessary changes or support new process development before handing them over to the GBS teams for operational execution.
  • Lead creation of business requirements together with Global IT to provide process and systems solutions.
  • Plan and lead system enhancement testing and go-live for Order Fulfillment, participate in alignment meetings, and follow up on actions. Additionally, monitor and resolve daily issues related to projects or process enhancements.
  • Leverage functional expertise and operational insights to support M3 and M4 managers in decision-making and operational tasks assigned by them.
  • Maintain control over assigned responsibilities in an organized manner, meet set deadlines, and ensure structured execution of the department’s objectives.
  • Generate and present new, practical improvement ideas and solutions to your team and manager, ensuring swift operational implementation.
  • Work cross-functionally within SCM including teams in different locations to ensure that projects and initiatives are delivered successfully.
  • Maintain cross-functional, process-oriented thinking and continuous improvement of Order Fulfillment processes.
  • Actively contribute to knowledge sharing amongst Order Fulfillment and Customer Fulfillment teams.

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • University degree or equivalent in a related field
  • 2-3 years working experience in Supply Chain Management
  • At least 1 year of work experience with S&OP processes
  • 2 years of Process Optimization experience in international teams
  • SAP AFS know-how (SD and MM). Reporting tool experience is a must (MSTR/Power BI)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office is a must (especially Excel)
  • Experience with PowerBI and SQL is a significant advantage
  • Experience in leading meetings with upper management and stakeholders, creating management summary for senior leadership, and cross-functional communication skills are a strong plus.
