Job Description
The purpose of the role is to define, own and develop the Investments content plan for the Private Bank. The role holder must ensure that the content plan for clients is insight-driven, ladders up to our overarching content strategy and brand positioning, supports the business in achieving its objectives and ultimately drives commercial return. The role holder will be responsible for the implementation of the plan, ensuring that we deliver high-quality thought leadership content that is relevant and engaging for our client base. They will need to work in partnership with the Head of Digital, as well as the Media Relations and Internal Comms team to ensure highly targeted distribution of our content. They will also be expected to manage third-party agencies and contractors where those are leveraged to deliver content marketing activity.
Essential Skills/Basic Qualifications:
- Candidate will likely be from an investment management, asset management, private banking, or wealth management background. Ideally, they will have a very good understanding of journalism best practices.
- Experience managing content activation through the line across multiple jurisdictions is essential.
- Experience managing large teams.
- Candidate will have physical writing and producing content experience.
- Stakeholder management experience at a high level.
Desirable Skills/Preferred Qualifications
- Person ideally to have CFA/Certificate in Investment Management, or has a Finance degree with Marketing experience or vice versa.
- Candidate should be a self-starter and be able to deliver end-to-end results.
- Candidate should have great communications skills.

Purpose of the Role
To create content that highlights and promotes the bank’s goals and objectives across various platforms and omnichannels to appropriate channels by crafting compelling narratives and designing engaging visual content.
Accountabilities
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop content messages, themes, and topics which communicate the bank’s objectives.
- Management of the end-to-end content creation process including as needed writing, editing, animation creation, and static asset development which will be used and communicated across platforms.
- Management of content that engages clients and other stakeholders via articles, social media, videos, and infographics.
- Monitoring the performance of content across various channels using analytics tools.
- In certain cases, development and maintenance of platforms such as microsites to promote the bank’s business objectives, values, products, services, and campaigns for specific audiences.
