Client Reporting Manager Role

The role holder will build strong relationships across a variety of both internal and external counterparties. Good interpersonal skills are key given the broad range of stakeholders. Leadership will also be required when leading initiatives across a number of areas and representing client reporting in forums.

To be successful as a Client Reporting Manager, you should have experience with:

  • Industry experience in either Private Banking, Asset Management, or Wealth Management.
  • A good understanding of Private Bank product lines, particularly investment products and how their reporting elements might be calculated, portfolio management, private markets, and execution only.
  • Familiarity with agile working practices.

Some other highly valued skills may include:

  • Prior Client Reporting experience (desirable).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with experience in developing strategy documents in PowerPoint.
  • Professional qualifications in investments, e.g., CFA, CISI, or IMC (desirable).

To collect, analyse, and interpret data and insights through qualitative and quantitative market research projects to drive informed decision-making.

Accountabilities

  • Execution of qualitative and quantitative market research projects to gather data and insights to aid business decision making, presentation of findings to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Development and maintenance of strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure market research projects are clearly delivering against business objectives and findings are impacting activity.
  • Adherence to governance standards for data privacy and knowledge management.
  • Budget management for insight-related activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.
