All about the Role:

The Performance Display team focuses on showing the right ad, at the right time to the right user to ultimately grow our customer base. We're successfully meeting our targets by launching vibrant marketing campaigns across a wide range of channels. Additionally, we collaborate intensively with different teams on comprehensive projects to ensure every interaction with customers is effective and successful.

These are some of the key ingredients for the role:

• Impact the way we run our performance campaigns across our markets, while interacting with a wide variety of stakeholders
• Assist in the setup, optimisation, and management of performance campaigns across platforms like Google, Apple and Meta
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement A/B testing strategies
• Participate in data driven process improvement projects with the opportunity to shape our future
• Report & explain results to the rest of the team
• Deliver performance reporting, dashboards & insights

What will you bring to the table?

• Currently studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in either a marketing or business related field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• A well-organised and proactive mindset with close attention to detail
• A proactive, innovative and open-minded approach to your work
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Available full-time for a period of 6 months
