Are you ready to jump into the fast-paced, ever-changing world of AI? We're looking for a smart, driven student to join us as our "Intern of Everything" at our exciting AI start-up: AImanual. If you’re eager to learn, motivated, and ready to get your hands dirty (figuratively), keep reading!

Who We Are

• Founders with serious cred: Our CEO is a female serial entrepreneur, supervisory board member, and strategy consultant, while our CTO is an Italian former CERN physicist. We met at Techstars, and now, we’re building something incredible.
• Where we work: Our HQ is in Amsterdam, and part of the gig will be remote. Flexibility is the name of the game—you can work from our office in Amsterdam or from home.

What You'll Do Here, no two days will look the same. Your tasks will include (but definitely won’t be limited to):

• Back-End Development: Assist in building and optimizing server-side logic using Python to support AI-driven applications.
• Foundational AI Models: Work with generative AI foundational models to integrate advanced AI functionalities into our products.
• Data Preparation & Processing: Prepare, clean, and preprocess datasets for use with generative models, ensuring high-quality input data.
• Human Reinforced Learning (HRL): Support the integration of HRL techniques to improve AI system outputs based on human feedback.
• Cloud Deployment: Utilize the Google Cloud Platform to deploy AI models and manage cloud-based services effectively.
• AI Knowledge Application: Apply your understanding of generative AI, foundational models, and ML principles to help enhance the performance of our AI systems.

And don’t worry—you won’t be making coffee (unless it’s for yourself). Especially as that is our CTO's expertise ;).

Who You Are

• Smart: You’re a (university) student, ideally with a background in computer science, engineering, or data science.
• Curious & eager to learn: Your main driver is learning how to build a start-up from the ground up from people who've done it before.
• Versatile & dynamic: You thrive in a fast-moving, flexible environment where things change quickly and tasks evolve.
• Location flexibility: You’re based in or near Amsterdam, with the ability to work from home.
