At the Building Projects Northwest of Unica, the complete innovation and renovation of large buildings and new construction projects in the Randstad are executed. From the Hogeschool and University of Amsterdam, WTC in Amsterdam to the Foodhallen in Amsterdam, all have been supplied with sustainable installations by us. Our team feels like a warm bath due to the warm welcome, onboarding program, and guidance from the current manager of the cost price group, the fun colleagues, and the beautiful and challenging projects. Jouw uitdaging als Projectcoördinator Sanitair

As a Projectcoördinator Sanitair, you are part of the project team responsible for the technology, preparation, organization, and guidance of multidisciplinary construction projects. You are responsible for good preparation and making the necessary resources available for the execution of projects at the right time. You consult with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and advisors.

Your responsibilities include:

• Preparing activities according to instructions during the assembly and delivery phase;
• Achieving optimal project progress within the established frameworks;
• Requesting and analyzing quotations and providing advice;
• Identifying, reporting, and calculating extra/less work;
• Drawing various sanitary installations, often in 3D, using Autocad or Revit software.

Natuurlijk vragen we ook wat van jou

As a Projectcoördinator Sanitair, you have at least a few years of relevant work experience. Knowledge of sanitary installations is a must. You are strong in planning and organizing and know how to set priorities.

Additionally, you have:

• MBO/HBO education in Mechanical Engineering / Installation Technology;
• Knowledge of applicable computer programs for making drawings and (technical) calculations;
• A focus on maximum internal and external customer satisfaction;
• Flexibility, accuracy, and being a team player.
