Your Team

Unica Building Services manages and maintains all building-related installations to ensure our clients have a comfortable, sustainable, safe, and healthy environment. We coordinate the total management and maintenance of buildings and conduct inspections and checks. In Hengelo, a team of 40 employees quickly arrives at practical solutions that delight our clients. Your Challenge as Service Projects Planner

As a Service Projects Planner, you will work with a great team on the realization of service projects. You are responsible for proper preparation and making necessary resources available for project execution at the right time. Your role is indispensable throughout the entire project, ensuring a flying start for all projects!

This is a versatile position where you can set priorities and create an overview, and the challenge is managing multiple projects simultaneously from inception to execution and beyond.

Within our service department, the projects are smaller, but the planner's role is larger. You work as the project leader's right-hand person and, if necessary, execute projects independently in consultation. In this role, you can develop broadly with potential growth opportunities to Project Leader. We expect you to have knowledge of sustainable developments and think along with the client to arrive at the best solutions.

Specifically, you are responsible for planning, engineering, creating cost estimates, drawings, preparation, organization, and guidance during the project. You interact frequently with procurement, project managers, and technicians. You monitor and adjust the process as needed. Here, you can make a difference in both technology and service.

Of Course, We Ask Something of You

• An MBO 4 or HBO degree in mechanical engineering, installation technology, or similar;
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience;
• You are representative, customer-friendly, stress-resistant, flexible, and enthusiastic;
• A focus on maximum internal and external customer satisfaction;
• Good command of the Dutch language in speech and writing;
• Team player.
