Position Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in the Netherlands. This internship will primarily focus on recruitment activities and provide an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition. As part of our HR team, you will support various recruitment processes and contribute to building a strong candidate pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to onboarding
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
• Support in drafting job descriptions and posting on various platforms
• Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
• Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, university outreach programs, and virtual career days
• Communicate with candidates to provide timely updates on their application status
• Assist in organizing pre-employment assessments and background checks
• Contribute to improving recruitment strategies and employer branding
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English; Dutch or another language is a plus
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR function
