About the Developer Graduate Program

1-2 year targeted, fast-track program focused on developing specialist technical expertise.

Why the Developer Graduate Program?

As a Developer, you’ll be the brains behind the design, installation, testing, and maintenance of existing and new systems. This goes beyond playing around with code; you will play a critical role in finding innovative solutions to complex problems for our clients and customers daily.

What We Are Looking For

To be considered for this programme, you must be an undergraduate or master's student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2024 - June 2025.

Ideally, you would also have:
  • A STEM degree
  • An interest in technology with the drive to solve financial challenges with innovative solutions
  • A desire to be part of a targeted, fast-track program focused on developing specialist technical expertise
  • An ambition to design and deliver the next technological breakthrough

Purpose of the Role

To design, develop, and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, which provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.

Accountabilities

  • Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensure code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives.
  • Collaboration with peers, participation in code reviews, and promotion of a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities and protect sensitive data.
  • Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
