  • Exciting challenges for those with a passion for industrial communications networks including but not limited to radio systems, IP-based devices, and fibre optics as well as those interested in audio/visual systems from broadcast speakers and VOIP to distributed media systems.
  • Contributing to high integrity designs with your base knowledge of electrical principles, network architecture and protocols, radio theory, and knowledge of A/C systems.
  • Calculations to consider reports on component selection to designs for Human Machine Interfaces and analysis of impacts on Communications systems.

Skills

As a minimum requirement, you’ll need to be on track to obtain a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering biased towards Radio or Network design, or Physics with a strong bias towards Radio Frequency or Fibre Optic Engineering.

To be considered for this role, you must be returning to university to complete your degree.
