What You Will Be Doing

Working as part of our business HR team, as an Undergraduate, you will support and enable our teams to deliver and perform by ensuring we have effective people plans, employee support, and leadership solutions in place.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting the business to ensure all people-related processes and systems operate effectively and efficiently.
• Delivering HR service into the business either as part of a specialist team or in a business partnering role.
• Working across a range of stakeholders, accountable for delivering a range of business requirements through the HR team.
• Involvement in resourcing and recruitment, performance management, reward and recognition, and employee relations.
• Involvement with learning and development and organisation design and development.

Skills

As a minimum requirement, you’ll need to be on track to obtain a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. All degree subjects will be considered. To be considered for this role you must be returning to university to complete your degree.
