What you will be doing

Join our Human Resources Team to make a difference by undertaking HR-related tasks. We will work with you to become capable of progression throughout the Graduate programme, tailoring learning towards your skill set and interests along the way.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Support the business to ensure all people-related processes and systems operate effectively and efficiently.
• You will be responsible for the delivery of the HR service into the business either as part of a specialist team or in a business partnering role.
• You will communicate with a range of stakeholders across the business.
• You will be accountable for delivering a range of business requirements and demands through the HR team.
• You will work with the team on various different activities such as resourcing and recruitment, performance management.
• You will also be involved in reward and recognition and employee relations.

Skills

As a minimum requirement you’ll need to have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a 2.2 in your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any subject.

On commencement of employment, you will be paid a one-off non-consolidated lump sum payment of £2,000 (the “Welcome Payment”). The Welcome Payment is subject to the normal deductions and will be paid with your first salary payment.
