This job at SPIE is for a SHEQ Officer who wants to make a difference in safety, quality, and the environment! For this position, we are looking for a safety specialist who also has an affinity with quality and environment. As a SHEQ Officer you will:

• Be responsible for continuously improving the SPIE SHEQ policy and its implementation;
• Conduct inspections on our exciting projects, mainly in Northern/Eastern Netherlands;
• Act as a sparring partner for the business unit manager, project leaders, and executors in SHEQ matters;
• Prepare reports on quality, environment, and working conditions;
• Prepare, coordinate, and guide audits;
• Draft risk assessments and evaluations, action plans, and subsequent action plans;
• Be the point of contact for clients and internal organizations in terms of safety, quality, and environment.

• You have HBO working and thinking level and possess MVK or HVK;
• You understand management systems, processes, and quality management;
• You are familiar with EN(ISO)3834-2 and NEN-EN1090 or are willing to learn about them;
• Experience with infrastructure projects is a plus, but not a must;
• You are proficient with Office365 and hold a driver's license.
