Senior Project Manager to Vattenfall Finance Business Support

Vattenfall is actively seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and drive strategic development projects within Finance Business Support (FBS) and in collaboration with other parts of Finance in Vattenfall.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Manage exciting projects within the Finance field
• Actively support team members in their projects when needed
• Support the FBS Management Team in strategic planning and follow-up
• Support development of the current and future service delivery model, including the business process outsourcing (BPO) provider
• Actively look for trends and development ideas within Finance in a broader perspective, e.g., digitalisation, automation, process development, organisation and drive this with team members and FBS MT
• Drive change management and communication activities within FBS and to stakeholders outside FBS when needed

You will join the dynamic Finance Projects and Processes team within Finance Business Support (FBS) where you will play a crucial role in driving strategic finance development projects. As a part of our team, you will utilize your analytical capabilities, leadership skills and change management experience to manage complex initiatives. Qualifications

• University degree in business administration or other relevant topics and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in Finance processes
• Experience in project management and insight in project steering models and agile project management methodologies
• Experience from leading change management activities and communication
• Excellent English skills both in written and spoken are a must

Personal Competences

• Proven excellent leadership qualities, analytical problem-solving ability, and good structure are key, as well as project management skills
• This position requires independent drive, strong cooperation, and great communication skills
• The ability to build trust with stakeholders within and outside FBS will be crucial

For you to fit in this role, we see that you have worked with improvement initiatives related to e.g., process optimisation, and automation in a Shared Services or Finance department for 3-5 years. Or you have worked with similar tasks as a management consultant. You are also an inspiring change agent and communicator.
