Your new Role

  • Oversee and drive our remarketing activities from our European headquarters and in concert with our country leadership, focusing on both topline and bottom-line growth—total units, revenue traded, and overall profitability
  • Manage all merchant-related processes, ensuring a direct impact on our financial performance and merchant satisfaction
  • Develop and refine market segmentation strategies and go-to-market plans together with the Remarketing Planning and Performance Team. Contribute to our European Key Account Management function in securing long-term contracts with key clients and enhancing customer engagement
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with leading automotive companies and other key stakeholders. Negotiate and finalize significant commercial partnerships at both local and European levels
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product & Tech, Operations, Logistics, Sales, and Finance to develop and implement innovative, customer-centric solutions for our merchants
  • Serve as the advocate for our professional sellers, ensuring a comprehensive and superior experience across all our products and services.
  • Drive process optimization and efficiency by monitoring and controlling key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Partner with our international leadership team to achieve our strategic mission, reporting directly to our SVP Sales & Operations at our European headquarters in Berlin

Your Skills

  • Advanced degree from a top-tier international university in business, economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, natural sciences, or a related field
  • Extensive experience in management/strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, high-growth startups, or a customer-centric sales environment
  • Exceptional analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to make swift, informed decisions
  • Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with experience in securing major commercial partnerships
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, inspire, lead and manage diverse teams, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is an advantage
