Risk Control Partner

Will you support the management of the CITO Non-Tech departments in building, implementing, and monitoring the operational effectiveness of the various components of the Risk Control Framework (RCF) in the area of first-line risk management?

• Assessments and Response

• Delivering In Control Reports and Meetings

As a vital member of the Non-Tech Team, you will collaborate with your colleagues to support one or more Non-Tech departments within CITO across critical areas:

• Advisory and Support: Leverage your expertise to provide independent and thorough advice on policy execution and process design. Your internal clients will benefit from tailored advice that meets their unique needs, ensuring satisfaction with the professionalism and expertise of your guidance.
• Process Monitoring: Drive the correct execution and control of organization-wide processes and activities. Identifying and addressing bottlenecks promptly will help mitigate risks and ensure timely and practical actions.
• Quality Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvement opportunities in services, products, or processes. Your well-founded, concrete, relevant, and feasible improvement proposals will drive continuous enhancement.
• Projects/Assignments: Manage projects or assignments, overseeing their setup, management, and successful completion. Your leadership will be crucial in realizing assignments, projects, or programs.

You and Your Talent

• Completed HBO or WO education
• Relevant knowledge and experience in Operational Risk Management
• Some experience in first-line or second-line control or monitoring (testing and steering)
• Strong in result-oriented work, customer-oriented work, proactivity, consultancy, adaptability, and communication at the echelon GD-1 level

🚨 To be considered for this position, you must be located in the Netherlands or elsewhere in the EU and have the legal right to work in the Netherlands. We are unable to consider candidates requiring relocation from another country.

This Is What We Offer You

• A gross monthly salary between € 3.179 and €6.130 (scale 8 or 9, 36 hours per week (40 hours not possible))
• 13th month and holiday pay: the holiday allowance and annual allowance will usually be paid in 12 equal monthly installments. Employees have the option once a year to opt for the holiday allowance to be paid out in May and the annual allowance in December.
• An Employee Benefit Budget (11% of your monthly salary). You decide how to spend this budget. This may include purchasing extra leave days, making extra pension contributions, or receiving a monthly cash payout.
• An annual personal development/training budget of € 1.400
• 100% reimbursement of commuting costs if you travel by public transport! Do you still prefer to travel by car or motorbike? Then, choose a commuting allowance.
• A monthly € 40,- net work-from-home allowance, based on working from home 5 days per week.
• A monthly € 40,- net internet allowance.
• An attractive pension fund with a personal contribution of only 5.5%. Rabobank will contribute 21.5%.
