Your Key Responsibilities:

• Develop successful working relationships with clients and create a vibrant collaboration through regular visits, insights, and engagements
• Develop close relationships with internal teams to ensure they fully understand your vision, plan, and expectation
• Lead projects per client briefs and ensure exceptional quality and execution (project management)
• Ensure that all information requested by the client is provided in a manner that meets their needs and standards (quality and time)
• Master Company systems in order to thoroughly understand and navigate the business
• Support team in developing customer / category / brand strategies

You Bring:

• Experience working within fragrance houses or relevant role
• Strong education
• Excellent administration/organization/time management/project management/attention to detail/multi-task
• Demonstrable ability to work with systems and databases
• Excellent communication/interpersonal/team working skills
• Exceptional drive and passion
• Strong cross-functional team leadership skills. Ability to lead without formal authority.
