As a Digital Designer your role involves creating visually appealing and functional designs for our digital channels to help Bugaboo delivers a premium and cohesive brand experience across all touch points. It's a dynamic role that combines creativity with technical skills to enhance the digital presence.

You are part of the Global Creative Team and report to the Head of Creative.

What will you do?

  • Work within the global brand guidelines (whether a product campaign launch or proactive seasonal & cultural calendar project) to design and create assets and layouts that reinforce the brand’s style and voice through visual and digital touch points.
  • Translating concepts into engaging UI designs, considering user experience, and ensuring brand consistency.
  • Design various digital marketing materials, with a mobile first approach. This includes our website, CRM emails, sales and launch campaigns and other consumer facing touch points like social, paid media and e-commerce.
  • You’ll be able to create your designs based on usability tests, spot design flaws, provide solid corrections and improvements to enhance user experience on a global scale and present your visual solutions as interactive prototype.
  • Collaborate with the Global Brand & Creative Team, Digital Media, CRM and Website Teams
  • Adhere to quality work standards, production process, scheduling, and deadlines set by the team;
  • Keep up to date with industry standards/best practices and digital design methodologies. Identify creative initiative opportunities. Optimise with user feedback.

What you will bring to the table

You have at least 3-5 years of experience in UX, UI and digital design for a (global) brand or agency and are always looking for improvements. You demonstrate a high level of skill in Figma, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. You have fluent English language skills as Bugaboo is an international company. You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
