Strategic Projects Intern (Management Focus)

As an Strategic Projects Intern at iSHARE, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our mission and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of data sharing and data spaces.

As part of the Operations team, your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our projects, ensuring that we continue to foster collaboration and innovation within the digital ecosystem. Your ability to manage deliverables, engage stakeholders, and support strategic development will be vital in driving our mission forward.

Responsibilities:

Deliverable Management:

• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Track project milestones and ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
• Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Engage with multiple stakeholders, including partners, clients, and internal teams.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.
• Address stakeholder needs and concerns promptly and effectively.

Strategic Development:

• Support the development and implementation of strategic plans for various initiatives.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation within projects.
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the organisation through data-driven insights and recommendations.

Technical Resource Provision:

• Provide technical resources and support to project teams.
• Assist in the development and dissemination of technical documentation and guides.
• Assist in the Change & Release Management process.
• Ensure team members have access to necessary tools and resources for successful project execution.

Skills and Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Dutch educational institution for the entire duration of the internship.
• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Applied Sciences, Business Development, Business Communications, or a related field.
• Based in the Netherlands with accommodation arrangements in place.
• Experience in technology, ecosystem, and community building.
• Ability to simplify complex topics.
• Awareness of the target audience’s needs and knowledge levels.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong storytelling abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing). Visual communication skills are a plus.
• Self-learner, proactive, and solution provider.
• Languages: Proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior internship experience in a technical firm is preferred.
• Passion for the tech industry and familiarity with blockchain, AI, and data science.
• Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
• Open to learning and gaining a deep understanding of data sharing.
• Understanding of data sharing concepts and tools.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
