CF Data Analyst Manager

What this role is about?

The Data analyst Manager role will work on Data & Analytics initiatives to leverage on analytics to make sense of data — uncovering patterns, generating insights, measuring success and impact of analytics projects in relation to business KPIs.

The role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving background in Corporate Function domain (Human resource, sustainability, R&D) with a strong business acumen. He or she should be familiar with the insight generation process integrating and preparing large, varied datasets and analysing the data in order to uncover insights and recommendations. She or he is required to work with other business stakeholders, other data analysts and data strategists to define and develop data opportunities.

In addition to advanced analytic skills, this role is also proficient at architecting specialized models / computing environments, and communicating results in a narrated way.

What will you do?

  • You will work as a part of the Data and Analytics team to leverage on analytics to make sense of data — uncovering patterns, generating insights, measuring success and impact of analytics projects in relation to business KPIs
  • Maximise the value of actual data sources available and identify new data sources that could potentially add value for a supply chain optimization and sustainability
  • Closely collaborate with Data Strategists, Data Scientists and other Data Analysts to make sure the data collected is fully leveraged in each solution

Support Corporate functions departments by

  • Providing learnings and insights
  • Knowledge sharing of how to best use the data assets
  • Identifying gaps and pre-requisites in data sets to enable analytics use cases

Project ownership & responsibility

  • Work with Data strategist/ Project managers to ensure that analytics projects are deployed to plan
  • Oversee analysts consultants to make sure that the resources are well utilized and delivered to expectations

What are we are looking for ?

  • Ability to operate in indirect/remote teams
  • Able to translate complex concepts in easy to understand deliverables
  • Capable of documenting technical deliverables
  • Demonstrable experience in presentation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge working with SQL and Power BI
  • Experience working with reporting tools such as Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience in working with major "big data" storage (i.e. Azure Data Lake)
  • Fluent English

Nice to have:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Engineering or a related field
