Senior Manager, Corporate Real Estate Manager

We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Corporate Real Estate Manager in London, UK JOB PURPOSE To work within the Liberty Global Real Estate team assisting and advising on a variety of global real estate activities across Liberty Global and the group real estate assets. We are looking for someone who has previous multi asset Corporate Real Estate Management experience. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountable for internal corporate real estate management, including the management of Global office move(s). Ensuring key stakeholders are managed and projects are delivered on time, within budget Advising and managing real estate site exits Responsible for the quality, accuracy and scope of data across the real estate portfolio, identifying opportunities for improvement Accountable for ensuring real estate interests are renewed on time and in line with business and group strategies Undertaking annual Real Estate valuations across the estate Accountable for ensuring each asset has its own property / asset management plan aligned to strategy Supporting the real estate element of the annual budget and plan of record process Creating reports and presentations to assist the Real Estate team with strategic decisions Building, developing and maintaining relationships with internal Real Estate managers across the organisation’s Operating Companies, as well as external experts and Real Estate service providers Assisting the Real Estate team with reviewing and appraising potential acquisitions, including undertaking due diligence and cashflows KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES: Master or Bachelor’s degree Chartered Surveyor, MRICS qualification (minimum 3 years PQE) Experience of delivering office moves / corporate real estate management Self-motivated with an ability to lead themselves and specific project teams Excellent communicator who can build and strengthen relationships Highly numerate and analytical Microsoft Office packages to an advanced level Role involves occasional European travel DESIRABLE SKILLS & ABILITIES: Multi asset class experience would be advantageous Experience in ‘client side’ role Previous Occupier Services experience preferable Advising on real estate transactions Experience of working in an international context is desirable Valuation experience would be preferable What’s in it for you?
