Your Job

Tevreden klanten staan bij ons voorop en jij bent hun eerste aanspreekpunt. Je bent leveringsverantwoordelijk voor de Fixed diensten aan zakelijke klanten in het SME segment van Ziggo Zakelijk en Vodafone Business. Dit zijn diensten zoals Zakelijk Internet Pro, Zakelijk Hosted Bellen, pin, Multi Wifi en Onedata. Dit kunnen enkelvoudige leveringen zijn, maar ook complexe leveringen die in samenhang gemanaged dienen te worden. Je wordt ingezet als deelprojectleider bij grote klantleveringen waar naast glasvezeldiensten ook zakelijke coaxdiensten geleverd moeten worden. Jij weet het overzicht te behouden wanneer er onverhoopt iets niet goed gaat en weet de juiste acties uit te zetten om de klant zo goed en snel mogelijk van zijn diensten te voorzien. Je signaleert verbeterpunten en bespreekt deze met het team. Daarnaast ga je hiermee actief aan de slag om onze dienstverlening nog efficiënter te maken. De klant stel je tijdens al je werkzaamheden altijd centraal.

What you bring to the job

• werkervaring als deelprojectleider, coördinator, PMO-er of soortgelijke functie / ervaring met een coördinerende functie in een complexe en dynamische omgeving
• een echte teamspeler

• zeer goede communicatieve vaardigheden zowel mondeling als schriftelijk (Nederlands en Engels).
