Material Planner

As a Material Planner you are responsible to ensure timely availability of finished goods across the supply chain network in line with inventory turnover and customer satisfaction goals.

you act as the single point of contact for multiple regional copackers, centralizing and managing the exceptions related to copack restrictions and supports on the preparation of the Regional Supply Review Meeting (S&OP).

Your core tasks

Performs and manages the scheduling for Finished Goods of his/her copackers

Ensure the delivery of the NPDs of the different areas

Ensure the data collection of material master data in order to plan the needed volumes into the ERP system

Develop and execute projects to reduce cost and improve flexibility

Control inventory levels of finished goods and packing materials at the different copackers

Minimize availability risks and stock write-offs

Performs and manages the scheduling for components FG and PM of the third-party suppliers

Optimise lead times and MOQs with all suppliers working together with Procurement

Drive best practise and improvement through root cause analysis

Recuired

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes
• Proficiency in English
• Experience with planning tools
• Advances in SAP

Preferred

• Experience working in a Shared Service Center, process driven or Center of excellence
• Proficiency in a local language (Dutch)
• Basic PowerBI
• Capacity planning/ scheduling tool implementation experience
