As our Full Stack Developer, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of our platform. Together with the team you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our platform. You will work closely with our team of developers to ensure our platform is efficient, scalable, and reliable to make sure we deliver maximum value to our customers.

What You Enjoy Doing:

• Craft and Build: Design, develop, and maintain our platform in an Agile way, ensuring they are robust, efficient, and scalable;
• Collaborate and Support: Work closely with our team of developers, fostering an environment of collaboration to ensure our platform meets high standards of efficiency, scalability, and reliability;
• Drive Code Quality: Advocate for clean, modular, and testable code practices, sharing your expertise through code reviews, presentations, pairing sessions, and coaching opportunities with other colleagues.
• Innovate and Collaborate: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features, contributing your expertise to drive innovation and enhance our platform.
• Stay Updated: Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in software development, proactively thinking ahead in terms of design and develop for innovative solutions.
• Initiate and Drive Improvements: Take the initiative in proposing and leading initiatives to enhance code quality, demonstrating your passion for building efficient and reusable code.

You Recognize Yourself in the Below Description:

• Relevant Experience: at least 3-5 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of success in a similar role;
• Completed Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
• Startup Mindset: A passion for startups and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where adaptability and innovation are key;
• Programming Proficiency: Utilize your programming skills for the development of new features and enhancements for our platform. Several years of practical experience with: Go for the backend and/or Dart+Flutter for the frontend. We strive to develop Full Stack developers, where people feel ownership of the entire technical solution from start to finish;
• Database Knowledge: Extensive experience with SQL and PostgreSQL, including database design and optimization;
• Mendix Knowledge: When you join OrionGrip, you will first program in Mendix, so you will have to pick it up quickly and you must understand the underlying concept as well.;
• Effective Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The Agile way of working has no secrets for you;

• A good travel expenses scheme of €0.23 per km (minimum 10 km one way. No maximum);
