You and your future During the Advanced Analytics Young Professional Program you are going to develop your career over 18 months by becoming an expert in your field. Throughout the program you will stay in one team and receive training to further develop your hard skills. You will get a buddy who guides you in finding your way within the bank. In the field of your personal development, you and your fellow starters follow the Pioneer Program and you will receive 1-on-1 coaching from your talent manager. We prepare you for your own personal success!  In this program, you will be in charge of your career and your own learning curve. Analytics Acceleration Area is Rabobank’s central Data Science Capability, responsible for Analytics Discovery and kickstarting new data science solutions throughout the bank. Our experience in creating value with applied analytics solutions helps drive the D&A transformation of the bank. Besides kickstarting new solutions, the Analytics Acceleration Area is responsible for analytical innovation such in the fields of Sustainability and GenAI. As an AA YPP you’ll be working as a data scientists in end-to-end squads responsible to co-create applied analytics solutions together with various business teams. Your activities include business translating, big data analysis, model development, machine learning engineering and model deployment. You’ll get the opportunity to experiment with state-of-the-art technology and learn from experienced colleagues. Examples · Explore innovative analytics use-cases to enhance the efficiency of the Mortgage process. · Establish a GenAI infrastructure or implement GenAI use-cases for effective Fraud management. · Empower front desk employees with robust actionable insights derived from Machine Learning to boost up-selling and cross-selling opportunities. Practical  · The duration of the program: 18 months.  · The start date: April 1, 2024.  · 40 Hours workweek. About 10-15% of your weekly working time is spent on personal development, training and other activities. The other hours are spent working within your team.  · Every Friday afternoon is Advanced Analytics Professional Afternoon at the office! This is what we offer you   · A salary of € 3.791,07 gross per month (scale 7). · A 13th month's salary and vacation pay. · An Employee Benefit Budget (10% of your monthly salary).
