Reach your full potential as (Trainee) Sales Manager (Fort Lauderdale)

The journey starts at one of our locations in the Netherlands (Dordrecht or Delfzijl), where you will be paired with an experienced colleague who will fully train you. You will get to know our organization, the systems we work with, and everything about our Beauty products.

Before you actually move to Florida, we will first take a trip there together. This way, you can also meet your colleagues in person, see the work environment, and of course, we will also take a walk along Las Olas Boulevard.

After a period of six months, we will evaluate whether you are ready, and we will assist you in finding accommodation, as well as in applying for the necessary documentation, so that you can ultimately start in Fort Lauderdale with peace of mind!

This is you

You are commercial, adventurous, and a real motivator. Because of your strong personality and communication skills, you can persuade people effectively and are often the driving force in a group. Whether you are on vacation or at work, you quickly connect with people, and building and maintaining relationships comes easily to you. It's not a problem for you to work independently; in fact, you thrive on freedom and personal responsibility!

In addition, you:

• Have recently at least completed a bachelor’s in a commercial education
• Have gained approximately 1 year of experience in a commercial role, for example street sales or telemarketing
• Master both the Dutch and English language. An additional language is a plus.
