The goal of this internship is to deliver a reporting method that continuously monitors and evaluates results of the software development (for example system enhancements or new functionalities), IT budget and business goals.You can use various methods and tools to measure the outcomes, benefits, and value,such as;

• Post-implementation review (PIR);
• Benefit realization analysis (BRM);
• Or value stream mapping (VSM).
