Senior Business Intelligence Developer

As a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer you will join our BI team, serving as a key contributor to the technical advancement of our data analytics initiatives. Focused on the development, enhancement, and maintenance of complex BI solutions, this role plays a pivotal part in empowering data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Your impact

• Develop and maintain sophisticated BI solutions, including data models, dashboards, and reports.
• Utilize expertise in BI tools and technologies to optimize data processes, ensuring reliability and precision in insights.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal functionality of BI solutions.
• Integrate and implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines within GitHub to automate testing and deployment, enhancing development agility and reliability.
• Identify and implement opportunities for optimization and innovation within BI processes and tools, ensuring continuous enhancement.
• Drive the adoption of best practices and methodologies, enhancing BI capabilities and operational efficiency consistently.

What skills will bring you to the top?

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, providing a strong foundational understanding of technology and data principles.
• Proficient in BI development and analytics with hands-on experience in Microsoft Cloud BI technologies like Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Analysis Services, and Power BI.
• Knowledge and practical experience in utilizing Microsoft (Cloud) BI technologies, ensuring the ability to develop, manage, and optimize BI solutions effectively.
• Actively listen to stakeholders' concerns, understand their perspectives, and address their needs in BI solutions and product strategies.
• Foster a collaborative environment by actively engaging with cross-functional teams to co-create and refine BI solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Maintain a positive and solution-oriented mindset, embracing challenges as opportunities for growth, courageous decision-making, and continuous improvement within BI solutions and product development.
