We’re driven by progress and thrive on the challenge of relentless improvement. We’re growing fast and our ambition is huge – more categories, more locations and more people.

Our scale and rapid growth make Dyson rich in new opportunities. We value new ideas and diverse perspectives, so our people are trusted with real work and responsibility from the outset. You’ll develop fast and have the chance to move into different business areas and regions. And you’ll be part of a global network of like-minded people – a community that supports and learns from each other.

When you design unconventional and smarter products, you need an unconventional and smarter supply chain. Our Global Supply Chain team works across Dyson, supporting our Research Design and Development (RDD) and our business Categories. Whichever part of our business you’re supporting, you’ll be playing a vital role in strategic decision making, affecting the design of our machines and the growth ambitions of the business.

About the role

At Dyson, our Global Supply Chain (GSC) brings 2D designs to life, delivering innovative products directly into our customers' hands. While the process might sound straightforward, it involves a complex series of steps: from designing and establishing production lines to procuring materials, ensuring smooth operations across all sites, and coordinating the daily global delivery of thousands of finished products. Moreover, all these activities must be executed smartly and cost-effectively, allowing us to reinvest savings back into our people and our business. GSC is also committed to sustainability and reducing environmental impact by refurbishing and recycling products returned by our customers. Every year, we strive to improve, developing the right supply chain strategies and plans to foster continuous innovation and ensure Dyson stays ahead in a competitive landscape.

Our Global Supply Chain graduates are ambitious, resilient and tenacious.

Dyson’s Global Supply Chain Graduate Program is a 2-year program. The scope of our Global Supply Chain is vast, offering endless exciting opportunities for growth and development. During the program, you will join strong, high-performing teams from around the world, united in achieving the remarkable feats described above. More than just honing technical engineering skills, a career in GSC equips you with a diverse set of business competencies—ranging from project management and data analysis to presentation skills and global stakeholder management. You can expect big responsibility and you’ll be supported with a development framework, enabling professional growth, training and opportunities to hone your skills and evolve your knowledge. This variety prepares you to become a well-rounded leader, poised for a successful future at Dyson. Together with colleagues across the globe, you’ll innovate and push boundaries, improving our processes and creating a sustainable tomorrow.

Our business functions include (but not limited to) Manufacturing Engineering, Global Outsourced Operations, Global Procurement (Component and Tier 1 CM/ODM services), Logistics, IBP& Digital Transformation, and Energy Storage.
