Logistics Administrator

Logistics department takes care of the inbound of all the vehicles that are imported from HQ and other factories in Europe; and also the distribution of those vehicles to different European countries. Logistics department is responsible for exploring the most suitable solutions for all logistics issues in the automotive division. The logistics role is key to the success of the fulfilment to customers and orders.

As a Logistics Administrator you will:

• Documents administration for transport and delivery related documents, invoices, COC, etc;
• Operations within the different systems to be used, that is used as the whole process control for the movement of the cargo or for the purpose of finance control, for example CRM, ERP or SAP system;
• Supporting all logistics procedures to help the effective run of the whole department;
• Continuous improvement of the whole logistics flow;

As a Logistics Administrator you will:

• Daily communication with other colleagues & departments;
• Keeping track of the inbound, stock, and outbound status and preparing all necessary documents;
• Dealing with the related paperwork for the internal and external purpose;
• Collecting, checking and organizing commercial documents (invoices etc.);
• Making the commercial documents to be delivered to and handled by the related parties;
• Daily data maintenance & update with systems & without systems (e.g. excels);
• Participating in the internal and external meetings;
• Providing support to all the procedures when it is needed.

Your profile:

• • Preferably up to 1 year of related working experience or graduate of related study field;
  • Bachelor`s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, data analysis or business management.
  • Proficient Excel user skills;
  • Excellent English language skills, Chinese, Dutch or any other European language will be considered as an advantage;
  • Stress-resilient with the problem –solving mindset;
  • Team player with attention to detail.
