Your Job

As Online Channel Manager you will take care of the optimization of VodafoneZiggo's online service channels. You will support the customer service with optimizing channels such as chat, messenger and our socials. As Online Channel Manager you are constantly looking for improvements that contribute to the performance of the operational KPIs on these online channels. In addition, you monitor and sharpen the implementation of our strategy and vision for the usage of online service channels. You recognize the bottlenecks and improvement potential of our processes and handovers within the channels and get to work on them. In this role, you will contribute to innovation in the field of automation and assisted services. In short, you will be central to the digital transition of our customer service.

What you bring to the job

For the role of Online Channel Manager you have the following qualifications:

  • HBO work and thinking level
  • Relevant experience in Customer Service and project planning
  • You are familiar with the possibilities of digital service channels such as chat and Messenger
  • You can implement changes and manage the change process
  • You have experience with stakeholder management
