Customer Care Intern

Location – Istanbul, Turkiye

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Costumer Care Intern to join our Customer Care, Animal Nutrition, Turkiye & Middle East Team, where you'll provide essential support and gain hands-on experience, collaborate closely with diverse customers and internal teams. Your key responsibilities

• Support efficient and timely of the Customer Care team
• Supporting to create quotations & orders & proforma invoices in SAP
• Issuing invoices everyday and sending end-of-day reports to account managers
• Assist in regularly update of customer master data information
• To support checking and sending of invoices to customers
• Supporting on monthly reports

You Bring

• Currently pursuing a degree in their 3rd or 4th year or graduated in business, economics, communications, or a related field.
• Ability to work 5 days a week during the summer and at least 3 days a week during the winter.
• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Accurate, reliable, solution-oriented and customer friendly communication style.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work as part of a team, in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft application (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet portals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills both Turkish and English.
