IP engineer implement the improve plant process to assess and prioritize all improve opportunities , develop solutions for ranked opportunities. IP engineer execute small project process to deliver or coordinate projects with high quality, on time and within budget.

Your key responsibilities

• Understand and abide by the SHE and the quality policies, requirements and regulations of China, company and DRB site.
• Fulfil the responsibility of defined role in process safety life cycle management
• Work as gate keeper of improve plant process to assess and prioritize all improve opportunities , develop solutions for ranked opportunities
• work as small project manager to execute small project process to deliver or coordinate projects with high quality, on time and within budget
• Participate the MOC evaluation process for all change initiatives, as MOC procedure owner backup, regularly audit is necessary.
• Mornitor IP KPI's : quantity of proposals by hurdle trigger, solutions development on time rate , on time delivery of proposals after GK3 review etc.

You bring

• bachelor in electrical /instrument or automation
• 3-5 years working exeprience in the filed of project management ,be familiar with engineering, procurement and construction
• Significant know how in the areas of conceptual, basic and detail design
• Considerable interpersonal skills
• Good spoken and writeen Engilish is a plus
