Capacity Planner

Just finished school or already having 1-2 years of experience in Supply Chain? Unique opportunity to join our purpose-led company as a junior Capacity Planner for our Perfumery and Beauty business located in Geneva. Come with your communication skills and solving-problem mindset, we offer you an exposed role which will for sure make you grow.
You will be at the center of the Supply chain, and we will need you to balance capacity, raw materials and inventory to deliver best in class service. Our capacity planning relies on strong processes that need to be done daily with rigor. The capacity planner must deal with a lot of information, it requires resilience and resistance to stress.

Your key responsibilities

• Perform daily production schedules in accordance with available capacity and Raw materials.
• Confirm and ensure proper follow up of customer orders from order entry till departure.
• Manage proactive communication to Customer Service.
• Maintain proper master data to ensure right level of service and inventory minimizing costs.
• Ensure balanced production plan for manufacturing.
• Lead coordination meeting with stakeholders.

You bring

• Supply Chain knowledge with logistics or commercial qualifications (bachelor’s degree). APICS certification in CPIM or CSCP is a plus.
• Language knowledge: fluency in French and proficiency in English.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical thinking that helps driving best class results.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• A commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and respecting diverse perspectives.
• A sense of ownership, delivering results that matter and contribute significantly to our success.
