We are recruiting a Field Sales Team Lead who will be responsible for achieving sales and profit targets in Field Sales Away From Home, Makro and local wholesale.

In this role you will report to the NL Field Sales Force Manager.

You will lead, coach and motivate our Field Sales Force (FSF) team (8 FTE) to achieve sustainable and profitable growth according PepsiCo priorities via new business, increase of existing portfolio and ensuring perfect outlet execution.


Responsibilities
  • Act as point of contact for the Dutch FSF AFH business towards the NL FSF Manager and the sales manager AFH NL
  • Manage and develop the FSF team to achieve the objectives part of PepsiCo priorities.
  • Achieve team objectives through motivation and supervision of the sales force.
  • Control and report the results/activities of the AFH sales force.
  • Train and coach the AFH sales force in order to develop the individual competences of each sales representative and to maximize the Field Sales Force excellence
  • Develop team members including coaching, setting up targets, priorities, performance reviews.
  • Monitor the progress of the team, set personal goals for future development of the staff.
  • Closely collaborates with internal stakeholders (account management, sales finance, shopper marketing and Supply Chain) to deliver on growth plans

Qualifications
  • FMCG professional with at least 5 years of experience in field sales
  • HBO/bachelor degree
  • People management experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in FMCG (AFH/OOH experience is an important plus)
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Change management experience
  • Bilingual: Dutch – English
