Job Description:

What will you work on?
Be responsible for product design and development, including controls on customers’ requirement analysis/documents fill out.

How will you create impact?

• Handle and follow up project from concept idea to final model for tooling start through development.

• Design mechanism/ mechanical part of toy’s model like as figures, cars, plane, playset, … and building prototypes to test function.

• Analyzing and testing model identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborating with Project engineer, Designer, Quality engineer and Model shop (Model maker, Sculptor, Electronic Engineer).

• Prepare drawing and costing information. Control budgets and timeline for each project.

• Adopt new concept and take initiate in the research other product in the market to generate ideas identify the best approach to turn the concept into a product that can be manufactured and workable.

• Research new technology applications in the market for new product development identify consumer needs.

What are your skills and experience?

• University degree in engineering. Possess interest and working knowledge in mechanical engineering.

• Experience in handling projects for toy planes, toy cars or closely related items.

• At least 3 years design experience, with a strong focus on the Research function.

• Familiar with toys

• Familiar with CAD and SolidWorks software.

• Good in 3D modeling method (creative, precise, methodological) is a must.

• Establish network with external inventors on new product inventions, materials and latest technology that is useful for RD product development.

• Strong attention to detail and Project management: time, budget, communication.

• Good command of written, reading English
