Your day-to-day: - Ensuring compliance with all PMI and legal standards, policies and guidelines related to the environment, health, safety and sustainable development in order to prevent the loss of personnel, assets or society. - Promoting an interdependent and transparent security culture that facilitates the use of a proactive/predictive approach in accordance with Open+/IOS. - Monitoring the compliance of production processes with control and reporting procedures, providing the necessary information to both employees of production units and other departments of the factory. - Providing support for the main production systems. Performing data verification of LES/MES/iMEL/MINT/SPA, etc., connection of logical devices/machines. - Controlling the correctness of all operations in the accounting systems. - Preparing general and special analytical reports on the main production KPIs on a regular basis, as well as at the request of managers. - Developing and optimizing the reporting systems of production units that contribute to the optimal and error-free operation of the department. - Ensuring the coverage of new facilities by the reporting system and timely updating of information in case of changes in production processes. Analyzing and making suggestions for improving the technological process. - Collecting ideas and proposals, evaluating them, implementing them, informing the initiator about the results. - Analyzing the data of the finished product accounting system and other electronic information collection and storage systems used in production. - Analyzing the technological processes of production units and their compliance with current policies, procedures and instructions. If necessary, make suggestions on how to change them. - Analyzing the compliance of the production support service processes with PMI policies and procedures and local legislation. - Making timely changes to production assurance processes in accordance with changes in PMI policies and procedures, as well as local legislation. - Ensuring that all operations involving the movement of materials between production units and other departments are carried out, their proper registration and documentation. - Monitoring the correctness of documentation, maintaining an archive and providing documentation to the relevant departments and authorities. Copperately with other departments of the factory, including the internal control department and the finance department, analyzing activities and taking measures to improve existing work orders, participating in the development of procedures and policies related to production, up to the final stage of their approval. - Making changes to existing processes or introducing new ones in connection with a change in the production situation. - Analyzing, initiating, and participating in the implementation of processes and procedures related to the technological process and equipment and related to the smooth operation of production, in order to create conditions for the compliance of processes with quality requirements, labor organization, and financial standards. - Cooperating with other departments to ensure that the final products meet the company's quality standards. - Participating in projects related to increasing production efficiency or improving the system. - Performing a loss analysis based on key performance indicators (uptime, profitability, tobacco and DIM waste). - Work with key clients to develop new optimal reporting tools. - Performing an audit of spare parts and components. Who we're looking for: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in technical disciplines. - At least 3 years of work experience in production. - Experience in leading a team consisting of at least 10 people. - Experience in equipment maintenance and maintaining the proper functioning of electronic equipment systems. - Fluency in English. - Advanced Excel Skills.
