Data Engineer DataWarehouse

To maximize the benefits of the Retail Financing systems landscape for our organization, we have planned various improvements as part of a ‘Building on the Foundation’-project. Our main objectives are to reduce lead and response times, increase efficiency, and ensure compliance.
Within this project it is planned to extend the Retail Financing DataWarehouse with additional system sources, to further improve regulatory reporting for some European countries and to develop required business reports/dashboards. Therefore we are seeking an enthusiastic, analytical, proactive, results-driven, and customer-oriented Data Engineer / Functional Application Manager for our DataWarehouse and reporting environment Your main tasks are:

• Discuss with the BI developers the data requirements regarding information reporting and dashboards;
• Extend and maintain the ETL processes to retrieve data from several sources using Wherescape 3D and RED;
• Data modelling of the business entities in the Data Vault and Data Mart using Wherescape 3D and RED;
• Validate and maintain the data consistency process in the Data Warehouse;
• Analyze and solve problems regarding the ETL processes and data modelling;
• Actively participate in the DWH Scrum Team and support an Agile Way of Working

You will collaborate with other Functional Application Managers, each with their own specialization and key domain, to provide support.
