The position

As an HR business partner for one of our businesses / departments, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with various business units globally and the HR CoE and HR Operations. Your responsibilities encompass tactical and strategic people priorities, on a global or local/ regional level, including leadership development, coaching, strategic workforce planning, team composition, performance management, employee engagement, sickness absence management, DEI, organizational effectiveness, culture, and change management. You will receive support from our HR Services department. Nevertheless, you will still play a role in the correct administration for your scope to make sure everything runs smoothly.

You will promote the adoption of the HR operating model within the business, ensuring employees and managers feel well-supported by the global HR function, including the HR Centers of Expertise (CoEs). You include HR data & people analytics in decision-making processes. You will work closely with the HR manager, other HR business partners/ advisors, and CoEs to promote collaboration across functions and cross-pollination of ideas and knowledge-sharing.

Your workplace

Your ability to uncover the 'question behind the question' is your compass, showcasing your intuitive understanding of human dynamics. Balancing sensitivity with resilience, you're not afraid to navigate the waters of difficult conversations. Embracing a roll-up-sleeves mentality, you recognize that success often requires hands-on dedication.
