E-Store Business Control - Internship

Position Summary

Are you ready for an exciting Business Control internship at one of the biggest Electronics companies in the world? We are looking for a motivated and hands-on candidate who wants to play a vital role in the Samsung Benelux e-Commerce business unit.

Role and Responsibilities

You get the opportunity to learn all about the Samsung e-Commerce business from a financial perspective. The areas that you will work on include month end closing and forecast activities, KPI analysis, business cases and we love to hear your ideas for process improvements that will level up the business and we encourage you to implement these as well. You are not alone and will be greatly supported by our experienced Business Controller. Besides this you will also heavily interact with colleagues from other departments. So are you the one to take up this challenge!

Skills and Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

• Knowledge and experience – you are following a HBO (or Master) study in Finance and are interested to gain experience for at least 4-6 months. Please also apply in case you just graduated and are looking for a sneak peek at an international company via an internship;
• Curious & critical – you like to dig into the details and challenging the status quo is what you do;
• Analytical skills – you have the ability to oversee the details but also the bigger picture and can translate these in proper advises towards the management team;
• Spontaneous personality – you have strong communication skills and with your enthusiasm, you actively involve others in your tasks and projects;
• Sociable - you enjoy working with colleagues in and outside your own team. You’re eager to build a network of people with different backgrounds;
• Language – you’re a good communicator in Dutch and English. This enables you to easily collaborate with colleagues, partners and stakeholders;
• Dynamic – you are willing to be part of an international organization that is continuously evolving.
