About the P&O department

The P&O department executes the strategy so that Ampelmann attracts, develops, and retains the best Amployees. We have an international work environment with 11 local offices with both on- and offshore personnel. This leads to a diverse and complex workforce. P&O is responsible for the following functional areas: Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Global Mobility, Absenteeism, Talent Management, Employer Branding, Engagement, (Employment-) Contracting and (People-) Administration for both on- and offshore personnel

Your role as Work Student Educations

As a work student, you will support the entire team with planning and day-to-day administrative tasks. You will closely collaborate with our Education team within P&O (People & Organization) to coordinate trainings, book hotels, and accurately record training information on the Ampelmann Academy (LMS). In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to other relevant P&O projects based on your interests, education, and skills. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are crucial for delivering the best learning experience to our employees .

Regular activities

• Planning: trainings and travel.
• Supporting administrative tasks and keeping the Ampelmann Academy (LMS) up-to-date.
• Uploading (training) certificates in personnel files.
• Assisting in a wide range of relevant P&O (mainly L&D) projects, events or trainings.

We ask

• Bachelor or Master Student.
• Good English level, both written and spoken as Educations is an English-speaking team.
• Available to start as soon as possible for 16-24 hours per week.
• We provide flexibility in setting up a work-schedule within office hours per semester that suits you best, but we do ask for consistency/commitment in the agreed work-schedule.
• Experience within or affinity with HR and/or planning is an advantage.

You Get

• A gross salary of EUR 16, - per hour (all-inclusive).
• Travel reimbursement (when not in the possession of Student OV).
