The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Dutch native copywriter to write engaging, inspiring and informative content for all our channels including blog, social, email and website. You’ll become part of the Brand Team and will work closely together with other stakeholders to strengthen the brand identity of Body&Fit and increase customer engagement.

Key Accountabilities

• Help inspire our customers to reach their health and fitness goals via compelling Dutch content that resonates with our core brand values.

• Collaborate with relevant cross-department teams to create a strong content calendar that underpins key umbrella brand campaigns throughout the year.

• Develop engaging and converting copy for Body&Fit's website, including product pages, landing pages, and general content.

• Review and optimize customer reviews and feedback on the website for a better customer experience.

• Work together with our SEO manager to optimize existing and new content on our blog, product detail pages, website landing pages, and other relevant on-site locations to fully SEO optimize our on-the-page website content.

• Ensure our content complies with relevant European regulations, i.e., regarding health- and nutrition claims.

• Translate existing top-performing content from our English copywriter colleagues to Dutch, for example for emails, product descriptions, and ads.

• Brand understanding and support with project management and brand initiatives.

• Research and content creation.

  About you

  • You're a native Dutch speaker with fluent English skills with flawless Dutch grammar and spelling.

  • Experience in copywriting across channels and writing for different audience's.

  • Relevant bachelor degree, for example in languages, communications, nutrition or sport science.

  • Qualifications or experience (professional or otherwise) in nutrition and/or personal training is an advantage and preference.

  • The ability to write creatively while following strict EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) guidelines.

  • Confidence to interview and tell the stories of our community.

  • An understanding of SEO.

  • Excellent research and brainstorming skills.

  • You’re a self-starter and work well independently as well as in a team.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work with tight deadlines.
