Internship: HRM Marketing & Sales

Job description

During this internship you will discover what the profession of HR Officer at DAF entails. During your internship, you will work together with the managers of the shop floor, the occupational health and safety service and colleagues within HR.

You will have the opportunity to develop yourself into a young professional under excellent guidance and support. You play an active role in one of the many projects and participate in practice, always encouraging your input of your own initiatives and ideas. There is also enough space to organize your own work and time so that working on school assignments is no problem at all.

The most important activities during your internship are:

• Contract management (inflow, throughflow and outflow);
• Handling questions from employees (from parental leave to salary questions);
• Small HR projects within the Marketing & Sales department as well as within the HR organization;
• Oral and written communication;
• Taking care of management information;
• Participate in meetings;
• Improve projects where you try to improve a process with new insights.

Your profile

You are an enthusiastic HBO student in the direction of Human Resource Management and looking for a full-time internship for half a school year, starting from September 2024.

Department

The Marketing & Sales department is responsible for the worldwide sales of DAF's trucks and services. The department consists of approximately 420 employees in Eindhoven (HQ) and 650 employees in the 13 country branches.

Our HR team consists of two HR Managers who are jointly responsible for the implementation of the HR policy within DAF.
