Internship (R&I) Specification Management Intern

We are looking for a highly motivated student with a broad knowledge on nutrients of ingredients, data analyses, to support us to collate all the data we receive from suppliers or labs in a very organized manner which should be easily accessible to teams across the different functions globally. You would integrate in the team and provide support in the following tasks:

• Organize data in a central location that is easily accessible and easy to navigate for respective stakeholders.
• Collect and organize all the nutrients data of all ingredients used in finished products globally.
• Facilitate the review of specification nutrient parameters in liaison with Product Development teams.
• Manage sample logistics with suppliers and in case of non- availability, liaise with factories to organize samples and send it to respective labs for testing.
• Liaise with product development to carry out recipe impact assessment of ingredients.
• Working closely with Product Development teams globally to facilitate Right By Design deliverables.
• Supporting the Key Performance Index (KPI) Dashboard creation and communication will be performance indicators for this role.

OVER JOUWe are looking for Master student in Food Technology or any other related field. We expect you to have a good knowledge in Product Formulation and Nutrient Label Claims. You are a data-and result- driven person: having an advanced knowledge of Excel is mandatory while Power BI is a plus. We expect you to be pro-active, enthusiastic, and not afraid of a challenge. You are comfortable working in an international environment and can work both independently and in a team. You prove to have great communications and organization skills.

Furthermore, you need to be:

• Enrolled as a student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);

• Available to start in April for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;

• You must move to the Netherlands and have/acquire a BSN number to be able to complete this internship.
